Flagship chrome. Holds value well sealed; EV concentrated in the two autos. UNRATED 2026-08-10 — the odds sheet could not be obtained, and the table standing in for it was wrong in the direction that flattered the box. This file's _readme already called that table illustrative; checking it against published box configuration showed how far off it was. Its auto tiers implied ~2.6 autographs per box (a 'Base autographs (2 per box)' tier plus independent refractor/numbered/rare tiers) where a hobby box contains ONE. Correcting only that tier moves EV $253 -> $205 and the published verdict coin_flip -> skip, so the live rating was not merely unsourced, it was probably wrong, and wrong toward 'closer to break-even than it is'. SOURCED AND FIXED: packs 24 -> 20; odds prose now says 1 autograph per hobby box (was '2 autos guaranteed'). cards_per_pack 4 was already right. NOT FIXED, and why this is unrated rather than corrected: the per-tier odds ARE the odds sheet — refractor autos /499-/150, numbered /99-/25, rare /10-/5, superfractor — and topps.com, Beckett and Checklist Insider are all unreachable from the build environment. Patching one sourced number into five invented ones would have produced a more confident-looking figure that was still built on invented odds. TO RATE IT: transcribe hit_table from the official Topps odds sheet, and model the autographs as ONE mutually-exclusive slot (see this file's `slot` field) rather than independent tiers — with a single guaranteed auto per box, base/refractor/numbered/rare/superfractor are outcomes of that one pull and their probabilities should sum to ~1, which is exactly what the current table gets structurally wrong.

Look for: A card with the refractor shine but NO refractor wording on the back is probably a variation. To confirm, read the CMP code along the bottom of the reverse — the last three digits are what separate a variation from its base card. The front will show the player away from on-field action.
Fifty players have one, every one wearing a refractor finish it has not earned the label for. On the front it is just a nice photo; the reverse is where the answer actually lives, and nobody turns cards over while they sort.

Look for: The same CMP-code check on the back. Ten of the variations are super short prints, falling roughly once every 8,451 hobby packs — some are photographic jokes, like Acuña pictured with his brother Luisangel.
